When leaving, please leave the key in the locker, DO NOT leave the key in the apartment or any other place. Please mix the numbers after closing the box.
CHECK-IN lasts from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.,
CHECK-OUT lasts until 10 a.m.
Check-in/out of the apartment can be done without the owner of the accommodation – key safe and gate code sent – but the owner and/or his representative are present at the specified arrival/departure time (if requested by the guest)

HOUSE RULE

NO SMOKING – The apartment is equipped with a smoke detector.
Services available to the guest:
The entire apartment is yours. Internet, Netflix, air conditioning, washing machine, as well as the entire equipment and furnishings of the apartment are available.
We provide a 24-hour on-call service. If necessary, call Balázs Villányi on +36 30 60 67 843.
Cleaning is provided once a week with a change of bed linen and towels. On special request, for a separate fee, we can provide daily cleaning (with change of towels and bed linen).
Please let us know if you would like us to arrange airport transfers.
Parking opportunity:
The area around the apartment is a paying zone. between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Price: HUF 450/hour. We recommend the street starting opposite the entrance of the house, where there is almost always a parking space. For parking options and payment, the best is the Parkl or Simple or Mobilvászár application, which is available on Android and IOS systems.
The best way to use public transport is the Budapest GO application, where you can plan your trip and buy tickets.
